DFY BOT BUILD T&C’s

From here on out, ‘you’ refers to the buyer and ‘we’ refers to Flexxable, the training provider.

By continuing with your purchase, you agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service:

1. You agree that the use of additional software is required to action the training we have provided and that you are about to purchase. Any additional software required and costs associated with their use are separate and independent of the training you are about to purchase.

2. You agree that the product you are about to purchase is either 1 of 2 options:

Option 1) A done-for-you AI bot build package
Option 2) A do-it-yourself AI bot package

3. I accept that by proceeding with the done-for-you option my card will be charged $497. Should I decide to proceed with the do-it-yourself option my card will be charged $197.

4. I accept that due to the nature of the resources, training and service delivered with both the done-for-you and do-it-yourself packages, we DO NOT offer refunds for these. All sales are final so by continuing with this purchase you are agreeing to our strict no refund policy.

5. You agree that the purchase of the done-for-you package includes HighLevel account set-up, the build-out of a "Sleeping Beauty" Android, phone number set-up and the submission of either A2P or a 'Regulatory Bundle' along with access to additional resources that consist of pre-recorded training modules, supplemental resources and supporting templates.

6. You agree that the do-it-yourself package consists of pre-recorded training modules, supplemental resources and supporting templates and DOES NOT come with any of the done-for-you elements such as HighLevel account set-up, the build-out of a "Sleeping Beauty" Android, phone number set-up and the submission of either A2P or a 'Regulatory Bundle'.

7. You agree that the done-for-you package includes the build-out of one Sleeping Beauty Android with the information you provide. This build-out can either be for your own agency or one of your clients. You understand that this is a one-off build and you would be responsible for all ongoing management of the bot and for any future bot builds that you require.

8. You agree that for us to be able to build a fully operational bot that can send and receive text messages, you need to be in either the U.S., UK, Canada or Australia. If you are outside these countries, you will need to explore other avenues for a more bespoke solution.

9. You agree that we cannot proceed with the done-for-you service until after you have completed and returned the onboarding survey that is sent to you upon purchase. You understand that any delay in completing the survey will delay your bot build.

10. You agree that to fulfil the done-for-you package successfully, you need to sign up for a HighLevel, Zapier and OpenAI account and give us access to these accounts. Failure or unwillingness to do so will result in us being unable to build out your AI bot. You also understand that after any free trial periods these platforms offer, there is an ongoing cost associated with their usage which you are responsible for.

11. You agree that there are set-up costs that are associated with setting up your HighLevel account which include costs to buy a phone number on your behalf (approx. $1 USD - $2.50 USD) and where applicable costs to submit an A2P application on your behalf (approx. $5 USD - $20 USD). You accept that these costs are payable by you in addition to the $497 paid for the done-for-you service.

12. You accept that as part of the done-for-you package, you will have either a standard “Sleeping Beauty Android”, or if you’re a ROYA member, a ROYA “Sleeping Beauty Android” built out for you as per the corresponding training. You understand that the bot will be operational with a phone number set up, all automations fully functional and where calendar information has been provided, calendar integration completed. You also understand that once these stages are completed, the bot build is complete and will be handed over to you via a custom video walkthrough. This video will walk you through the bot setup so that you can replicate it for future clients.

13. You accept that as part of the done-for-you package, after the bot is handed over to you, you get access to one 30-minute tech support call and this is limited to one call per purchase. You understand that should you need support after this, you can utilise the AI Automation Agency Ninjas Skool group and can reach out to the “Done For You Build” Skool profile or sales@flexxdigital.com with any questions however, this is not part of the DFY build process. You accept that as part of the do-it-yourself package, any questions should be posted in the AI Automation Agency Ninjas Skool group.

14. You agree that as part of the A2P or Regulatory Bundle application, you may need to provide certain information such as a company incorporation number or additional documentation as proof of address or identity inorder for the application to be successful. You understand that it is strongly recommended that you have an LLC or limited company set up for a smooth A2P application.

15. You agree that a HighLevel account set-up constitutes as us completing your business profile details, building out a new sub-account, getting a phone number set up and setting live all automations associated with the bot build.

16. You agree that there are certain niches we are unable to build a bot for, due to them being listed as “off limits” for 2-way SMS. Should you choose one of the few niches that fall within the “off limits” category, you will be advised of such and advised to pick a new niche for us to fulfil the bot build.

17. You agree that should an A2P or Regulatory Bundle rejection occur, we will reapply for this for you as part of the service and any additional fee due for reapplying is payable by you in addition to the $497 paid for the done-for-you service.

18. You agree that the data processing agreement that is provided to me as part of both the done-for-you package and the do-it-yourself package does not constitute legal advice. It is an illustration of what should be included in a Data Processing Agreement and what has worked for others.

19. You accept that the license to use the training programme is non-transferable and the content provided in the course is for your use only. You have no right to replicate, modify, or distribute this training to 3rd parties.

20. You accept that our site and marketing materials may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. You accept that we do not claim that all users will have the same experiences and that your individual results may vary.
